Pagan Chronicle & Mountain Pagan Media Contributor Agreement

To ensure clarity and fairness for all contributors and our publication, please review the following agreement before submitting your work.

1. Originality & Ownership
By submitting work to The Pagan Chronicle or Mountain Pagan Media, you affirm that:

  • All content (writing, artwork, photography) is your original work and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
  • You have the full authority to grant us publishing rights for your submission.
  • Any AI-generated content or assistance must be disclosed at the time of submission.

2. Grant of Rights
By submitting your work, you grant The Pagan Chronicle and Mountain Pagan Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, distribute, and promote your submission across our print, digital, and social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Print editions of The Pagan Chronicle
  • The Mountain Pagan Media website and associated platforms
  • Social media and promotional materials
  • You retain ownership of your work and may publish it elsewhere, but you agree not to revoke our right to publish once submitted.

3. Editorial Discretion
Submission does not guarantee publication. The Pagan Chronicle and Mountain Pagan Media reserve the right to:

  • Edit content for grammar, clarity, formatting, and length while maintaining its original intent.
  • Decline or remove any submission at our discretion without providing justification.

4. Non-Compensation
At this time, contributions are on a volunteer basis, and no financial compensation will be provided for submissions.

5. Ethics & Community Standards
We strive to create an uplifting, high-vibrational publication that supports our community and individuals on their unique spiritual paths. The Pagan Chronicle is a place of unity, wisdom, and shared connection—where all who seek a deeper understanding of spirituality through paganism are welcome.

To maintain this sacred space, contributors agree that their work:

  • Will not engage in divisive or polarizing rhetoric, instead focusing on the spiritual journey we share.

6. Submission Agreement
By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined above. This agreement applies to all current and future submissions unless otherwise amended in writing.
